Cameroon’s emerging biodiversity conservation and sustainable development non-profit organization, Voice of Nature (VoNat) now has a website accessible at: https://vonat.org/. Coming along with an institutional email address: info@vonat.org, the website will be run concomitantly with the blog: https://vonatcm.wordpress.com/ , which has been serving the Organization since creation.
The newly created site provides a clear message of the history of VoNat, its mission, vision, objectives, programmes, and projects. It also gives insights about the Organization’s core values, scope of operation and strides since creation. The website also has information on what it takes to carry out internship and or volunteer at VoNat for in-country and international participants, alongside testimonies for past volunteers. There are equally illustrative and a wide range of friendly designs beginning with an introductory slide-show menu and picturesque pages to give readers a smooth and informative walk through the site. In addition, a Media & Arts section has been introduced with pages like; Latest News, Green Poetry, Reports and Publication, and Gallery.
While the “Latest News” page will provide you with regular updates about the activities, strides, opportunities of the organization, and articles from community kids and youths going forward, the “Green Poetry” page is disposed to sooth your environmental poetry appetite with latest poems from kids and youths in our scope of operation. The “Reports and Publication” Page, will not fail to grant you access to the annual reports, programme newsletters and other technical and scientific publications of the organization. The Gallery page, is also designed to give you a pictorial representation of the Organization’s activities via images and video reports.
The site also has the “Donate” page to permit you contribute to creating a greener and safer planet earth, as well as put smiles on the faces of vulnerable kids and women in forest communities by making a donation to VoNat in kind or cash. Social media sites of the Organization like LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and You-tube have equally been embedded into the site for quick access.
